05:15 pm: A study in contrasts: Teddy's wardrobe
If you've ever seen the Boston Ballet's production of The Nutcracker, you may recall some of the costumes in the second act (Russian dance, Spanish [chocolate] dance, Arabian [coffee], Chinese [tea], etc.). In the Dance of the Flowers (I think), there's a shepherdess and her "sheep," who are children dressed in white fuzzy pants and sheep hats (and presumably some kind of shirt, but I forget what), with hoof-shoes. They do a lot of hopping. Very cute.

Teddy has a pair of blue fuzzy pants that look for all the world like those sheep-pants (without the tail, alas). Today he wore them with the black Audioslave onesie (select "OG infant onesie" on the left) that my brother gave Peter for his birthday (along with a coordinating T-shirt for Peter).
